Anand is a job coach, trainer and an experienced interpreter with fluency in Sign Language. He has been involved in design and execution of training and placement programme for job seekers with intellectual disabilities. Anand was also part of the team that designed a skilling manual for persons with pyscho-social disabilities and a helpline for Persons with Disabilities.
