Progressive organisations recognise the importance of an work force that is sensitised about disability inclusion and understands physical, environmental and attitudinal barriers that create disability at a work place. v-shesh has worked with employers in a range of sectors and at different locations to conduct engaging sensitisation workshops.

Disability inclusion at workplace

v-shesh has a portfolio of programmes to create awareness and develop sensitisation around disability inclusion at workplace. These could be in the form of

Sign language at workplace

v-shesh’s Introduction to sign language is a foundational course that helps individuals engage with sign language users. This foundational course is not a sign language learning programme but instead focusses on interactions at workplace with the aim of improving quality of interaction between sign language users and hearing individuals. The course is conducted by a team that includes sign language users one of which is deaf and the other is hearing. Participants are also be provided with Basic Sign language Tutorial CD
