Shanthi has the overall responsibility for v-shesh operations in Chennai. She is a subject matter expert in accessibility and adoption of disability inclusion index by organisations. She has been part of the teams that worked on v-shesh’s training programme in partnership with Skills Council for Persons with Disabilities.
