Shashaank Awasthi

Shashaank works closely with Raja in v-shesh delivering for social and financial performance. He is also part of teams hat design and roll out new services and manages key client and partner relationships.

P Rajasekharan (Raja)

Raja provides overall leadership for v-shesh with responsibility for social and financial performance.
He is responsible for strategy and product development and manages key client and partner relationships.

Shanthi Krishnamurthi

Shanthi has the overall responsibility for v-shesh operations in Chennai. She is a subject matter expert in accessibility and adoption of disability inclusion index by organisations.

Ambal M

Ambal manages accounting and reporting functions at v-shesh.

Joseph Romel

Joseph is a job coach, trainer and an experienced interpreter with fluency in Sign Language with deep involvement in deaf community.

Anand Mayan

Anand is a job coach, trainer and an experienced interpreter with fluency in Sign Language.

Alafia

Alafia is a trainer, recruiter and job coach. She is fluent in sign language and works closely with deaf job seekers.

Anu Priya

Anupriya is a recruiter and trainer. She is fluent in Indian Sign Language, English and Tamil and trains deaf job seekers and supports employer organisations with pre and post-employment efforts.

Suhailah Javid

Suhailah is a job coach, trainer and recruiter handling candidate mobilization, screening, sourcing and coordination for different job requirements.

Vidya Menon

Vidya is a trainer and part of the team that works with deaf students. She has trained deaf students in Chennai and works closely with trainers working on the So!ve programme in India SE Asia

Shiju is a trainer and part of the team that works with deaf students in Chennai. He is also a trainer for v-sign and Signbee which are online programmes for learning sign language

Jayashree is an experienced recruiter, working with job seekers with disabilities in mobilisation, sourcing, screening and counselling for career opportunities.

Rashi Soman

Rashi is part of v-shesh’s founding team and has the overall responsibility for v-shesh operations Northern India.

Faisal Ashraf Nomani

Faisal is a job trainer, recruiter and job coach. He is intensely involved in social valorization to improve the self-esteem and wellbeing of persons with disabilities

Kanchan Kashyap

Kanchan is a job coach, recruiter and trainer. She is fluent in Indian Sign Language, English and Hindi. She trains deaf job seekers, provides sign language interpretation support and is a trainer for online programmes

Aparana

Aparana works with jobs seekers across the entire job search process including mobilization, screening, sourcing and coordination with employers for hiring campaigns.

Sunil

Sunil is a recruiter, trainer, and community engagement specialist. He works on mobilisation, sourcing, screening, and counselling for career opportunities and has been involved with post-employment support services as well

Radhika Agarwal

Radhika is part of v-shesh’s founding team and has the overall responsibility for v-shesh operations Western India.

Raheel Farooqui

Raheel is a deaf trainer who has deep understanding in the development of Indian Sign Language practices.

Srishti Karmakar

Srishti works with jobs seekers across the entire job search process including mobilization, screening, sourcing and coordination with employers for hiring campaigns.

Chayanika Sarkar

Chayanika is an English subject matter expert who has handled Bridge programs and other deaf educational initiatives.

Raymond D Costa

Raymond is a deaf trainer working with deaf students in Mumbai. He has also been involved with visual learning efforts as well as accessibility efforts for deaf.

Prashanth is a deaf trainer who handles candidate mobilization for deaf job seekers.

Nalini is a recruiter and she works on mobilisation, sourcing, screening and counselling job seekers and trainees.

He works closely with Job seekers with Disabilities for mobilization, counseling and training as well as Employer organisations in preparedness for hiring Persons with Disabilities.

Savitha has the overall responsibility for v-shesh operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad centres. She manages client relationships and has also been part of teams that have designed and delivered projects for new clients

Gururaj

Gururaj is a trainer and job coach working with deaf/ hard of hearing job seekers. He trains deaf job seekers and is part of the team working on So!ve which is a programme for deaf students to learn English language

Arunkumar

Arun is a trainer and recruiter supporting deaf job seekers. He also counsels deaf job seekers on employment landscape and specifically opportunities for deaf job seekers

Agnes is a sign language user who works with deaf job seekers and trainees as well as organisations for sign language interpretation support and related services for deaf employees
